Currently we have an opportunity available to join our Streamlined Recovery team based in Sydney as a Technical Officer. In this role you would be called upon to ensure streamlined recoveries are settled within Suncorp and ACCC guidelines; policy interpretations and service level agreements are adhered to; and provide support and advice to the Team Leader and Members. This role will also see you monitor the workflow, conduct quality audits, arrange training, assist in the development of staff, and be the first level of escalation for recovery issues and write-off authorisation.
To be considered for this position you will be required to demonstrate strong knowledge of liability principles as they apply to Motor and /or Property recoveries. You will be required to demonstrate experience in debt recovery along with strong mentor skills and abilities.
