Leadership is the most important aspect of this position, both in managing a team as well as being a trusted advisor - a strategic and technical leader across the Business Technology executive team. This role is not for the faint hearted and will challenge your capabilities. This role involves interacting directly with senior business stakeholders and you will be influential in the technical direction of initiatives that will deliver critical business opportunities. Therefore you must possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills along with the ability to professionally engage and collaborate with other senior managers. We are seeking an individual who has extensive experience in customer relationship engagement, preferably within the Banking / Financial Services Industry. You have a background in analysis and development of pragmatic architecture strategies in large scale, complex environments. Your ambition to drive strategic direction and business solutions will see you as an integral part of something that will leave a lasting legacy on the Suncorp General Insurance businesses.
