Continuous Improvement Advisor

The Continuous Improvement Advisor role involves co-ordinating and delivering performance coaching specific to the NSW CTP Claims business in line with customer vision, areas of continuous improvement and  legislative requirements. The role will work in partnership with the Claims Team to develop and support delivery of learning and development coaching initiatives to support the achievement of business goals and create value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Driving consistent application of processes & procedures in line with customer vision and legislation
  • Ongoing coaching on NSW CTP technical expertise and excellence across claims & injury  management
  • Developing and maintaining content that is used to the initial and ongoing learning and development of staff
  • Challenging and developing business processes to drive an improved customer experience, cost efficiency and financial performance
  • Supporting Claims team to improve Customer Engagement by incorporating continuous learning opportunities into coaching sessions and broader Department wide training
  • Ensuring consistent approach to recruitment so that staff with the right skillset are employed and retained
  • Collaborating with Group Learning and PX functions to leverage support from relevant group functions for recruitment and learning.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years Personal Injury Claims Experience
  • Experience with business coaching and delivery
  • The ability to establish mutually beneficial relationships built on personal credibility and expertise
  • The ability to work with all leadership levels and demonstrate a pragmatic and commercial approach to learning
  • High degree of business acumen, understanding of business drivers associated with the learning and development function
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high performing team, willingness to share best practice and capable of giving and receiving candid and constructive feedback
  • Experience in learning design, facilitation and/or project management
  • Awareness of the tools, techniques and modalities to enable delivery of learning solutions
