Financial Planner – Carindale & Stones Corner Stores

Suncorp Group are looking to hire an experienced, customer focused Financial Planner whom will support our Carindale & Stones Corner stores. The successful planner will work closely with and support their internal referral partners to ensure we provide the best-connected service to our customer.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planner who can:

  • Build a referral network within the Suncorp Group from:
    • Store relationships
    • Lending/Mobile Banking relationships
  • Provide appropriate solutions for the needs of our customers
  • Holds the relevant ASIC RG146 competencies - Mandatory
  • Hold an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent - Mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years current financial planning experience - Mandatory
  • Up to date CPD (30 attained points per year over 2 years)

Reporting to the Practice Manager you will be responsible for the provision of financial advice and services. Key elements of this role include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customer base, front line staff, other specialists and business units to maximise customer retention, superannuation, investment, risk and banking opportunities.
  • Networking to develop and build strong internal and external relationships
