The Role

You will work in an innovative customer service environment exploring each customer’s unique needs and thinking creatively to connect with them and provide solutions to their needs. The needs will span across many differing financial services and brands, allowing you to connect the customer to the right products.

The Details

You’ll be providing customers a convenient, interactive 7 days a week experience working in a rotating roster. This role does require you to work some weekends. The solutions you provide will vary between banking, insurance, with knowledge across a network of brands such as Suncorp, AAMI, APIA & GIO and adherence to risk and compliance management. You’ll have great work life balance with the ability to swap shifts and have some weekdays scheduled off.
