Online Experience Specialist

 The Role

 We have an exceptional opportunity for you to join a high performing team of passionate eCommerce champions that prides itself on delivering incredible customer experiences online.

 The Banking & Wealth Online Experience team aspires to connect with customers through amazing digital experiences by continuously improving the Banking & Wealth websites making them the digital destination for the moments that matter. 

You will improve the Banking & Wealth website experiences with a focus on enhancing the appeal of the Banking offering, enabling and accelerating personalisation, uplifting useability, uplifting capability and digitising interactions, while supporting other functions within the Group to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. As the Product Owner of Banking & Wealth websites you will be responsible for the user experience including the prioritisation of enhancements.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insights and recommendations to lift sales and conversion rates
  • Responsible for optimising Banking & Wealth website experiences, maintaining website usability and compliance standards across each website
  • Partner with eCommerce UX, Content Management, Content Production teams to ensure websites and digital flows are continuously improving the customer experience and customer usability to enable the delivery of sales targets
  • Partner with SEO teams to ensure website visibility is continuously improving
  • Partner with eCommerce Channel optimisation to ensure a consistent and seamless experience between website and application
  • Partner with Technology, Data & Labs delivery teams to prioritise digital enhancements

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven ability to deal with and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
  • Experience in managing successful, performance-based programs (ideally client side)
  • Extremely well self-directed and motivated; whilst we have a vision and a roadmap to get us there, you’ll be a key contributor in evolving and maturing our strategy
  • Understanding of the customer centred/human centred design and thinking
  • Ability to initiate and manage change
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills
  • Excellent planning, prioritising and organising skills
  • Some experience in online customer experience and information design (desired)
  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a Business, eCommerce, Information Technology or Marketing related discipline (desired)
