Personal Assistant - Adelaide

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to assist the Executive Manager in their day to day requirements, including the co-ordination & management of administrative functions, travel arrangements and HR administration. Your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Effective diary management including proactively managing conflicts and priorities
  • Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information, when monitoring and responding to e-mail requests
  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters with IT set up, contracts and HR administration
  • Co-ordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Meeting preparation including scheduling meetings, workshops, arranging teleconferencing and video conferencing
  • Monthly AMEX reconciliation
  • Attending meetings to take minutes and record action items
  • Internal and external senior stakeholder engagement on behalf of Heads of Ad hoc administrative support as required

The Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a busy corporate environment
  • High level of organisational skills with the ability to co-ordinate a busy diary and manage conflicting priorities
  • Confidence liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Display and work with a sense of urgency, yet possess an eye for detail.
